Missed lessons are non-refundable but may be rescheduled at the discretion of the instructor with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Lessons canceled by the instructor will be rescheduled or refunded.
4.3 Liability
While we ensure a safe environment, The Jam Music Company Limited is not liable for personal injuries or the loss/damage of personal belongings during lessons.
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.
