b. Online Purchases

Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of your intent to cancel.
Items must be returned in their original condition, including packaging, manuals, and accessories.


c. Exclusions

The following items are non-returnable, unless faulty:

Custom-made or personalized products
Items such as reeds, strings, or earplugs (for hygiene reasons)

 

3. How to Return a Product

a. In-Store Returns
