Enrollment for lessons and courses requires full payment of tuition fees and acceptance of our terms and conditions.
Enrollment can be done in person or online at www.jammusiccompany.ie.
Jam Music reserves the right to cancel any group course if their is not sufficient enrollment, in this event all tuition fees will be refunded.
No refunds will be made for individual lessons, courses or group lessons.
Please make sure that you can commit to attending for an entire term before you book and pay.
Payment must be made for all lessons whether taken or missed.
Payments can be made using the Click here to Pay highlighted section at the bottom of your invoice. This link directs you to Paypal where you can make a once off payment without having to have a Paypal account.
Payments can be made over the phone by ringing the school or shop.
We use a secure online payment software called Paymentsense.
A minimum of 24 hours notice must be given in order for a lesson to be canceled.
Students can cancel a maximum of two lessons per term.
The two canceled lessons can be carried over to the next term.
If a student cancels more than two lessons they will be forfeited.
Group lessons cannot be canceled as the lesson will go ahead with the remainder of the students.
If less than 24 hours notice is given the lesson will be marked as absent and will not be rescheduled.
If a teacher is sick or unavailable the lessons will be covered by another teacher if possible or moved to another date.
Jam Music reserves the right to change teacher at any time.
Jam Music reserves the right to dismiss any student due to frequent absences, disciplinary reasons, overdue tuition payments and non- compliance with regulations.
